Cernera develops space for residential property, offices and retail, with a focus on prioritised growth locations. It creates positive and well-adapted business and residential environments for its clients and tenants through committed and forward-leaning management, refinement of its own properties, and the development and sale of residential housing. On new production projects, it either takes full responsibility, from acquisition to planning development and construction, or works in partnership with other property companies. Cernera purchased a number of new properties at the start of 2018, including one property in Villastaden and a property measuring 7,300 square metres on Armbågavägen in Borås comprising offices and warehouse space.
The sale launch for residential projects Lorensberg 3, consisting of 31 apartments, and Vyn Bergdalen, with 43 tenant-owned properties in popular Bergdalen, have been two other significant events in the year. In the spring, Cernera began major work on an accessibility initiative together with the Borås association Våga satsa vinn. This will involve a review of the physical and psychological accessibility of all common areas in all of the company’s commercial properties. The aim of the work is to identify measures that could improve the premises’ accessibility.
